GDL was engaged as Managers to supervise the works involved in demolishing and reinstalling a new and improved Mock-Up room for the renovation works to be done in the 100 Block rooms of Tanoa International Hotel, in Nadi.

ROOF UPGRADE WORKS FOR 100 BLOCK ROOMS

GDL was engaged as Managers to supervise roof upgrade works for the 100 Block rooms of Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi. Ensuring that the roof structure is to standard and cyclone compliant and ensuring that works are completed within the set budget.

AS-BUILT DRAWINGS FOR PUBLIC SPACES

GDL was engaged to carry out inspections and investigation on the Public Spaces of the Tanoa International Hotel, in Nadi. The roof inspection was conducted to assess the condition of the roofing system covering various facilities within the resort premises. GDL produced as-builts drawings of the Main Lobby areas, Bar, Restaurant, Dining area, Talei Room, Tanoa Room, Swimming Pool area, Boutique Shop and the Convention Center. GDL also carried out inspections on the existing roof structures of the Main Lobby Public Spaces and also produced existing roof layout drawings of these areas.

REDDY GROUP PROPERTIES

CYCLONE UPGRADE WORKS FOR LEASED PROPERTIES IN LAMI AND SUVA  

GDL was engaged as Managers to supervise cyclone upgrading works on one of the Reddy Group properties located in Lami, that is leased by Pacific Fiberglass Limited. The upgrade works included structure upgrading, finishing, in accordance with scope of works provided and in compliance with Structural Engineer’s requirements.

Also, GDL was engaged to supervise Roof Upgrade works for the Vodafone Ivi Triangle property in Suva. With the strict City Council conditions for carrying out roof upgrade works in the Suva CBD area and with the offices in full operation, this was a challenge to complete.

UPGRADE WORKS FOR TANOA HOTEL STAFF RESIDENCE N0. 03, VOTUALEVU, NADI

This project consisted of upgrading works of the entire residence, from Roof Upgrade works, ceiling upgrade, windows and door framing and partition wall upgrades. All works carried out were in accordance to drawings, details and approved according to Structural Engineer’s requirements.
