The project is on a small privately-owned Islet, known as Tivua Island which is located in the Mamanuca Island Group in Fiji, now owned by South Seas Cruises Group. The island has white sandy beach, crystal clear waters and existing structures that will be revamped and refurbished. The new development will be called Lasa Beach Club, and will be a day-trip destination for tourists and local adventurers. The project will include new and improved Arrival Building, Guest Bures (2-person, 4-person and 20-person Bures), Main Kitchen, Bars, Pizza Bure, Dessert Bure, Conveniences, upgraded Swimming Pool and Staff Residences.
